We looked at a circle and triangle. We started the week by going on a shape hunt and we used our shape magnifiers. We found lots of triangles in unusual places. We then moved on to looking at the work of Kandinsky where he used circles to create a picture. We also looked at his work where he used triangles and circles. We then had a go at producing our own. Some of us drew around different sized 2D shapes and created a masterpiece as a team. We made pictures using 2D shapes. We even created our own pictures using 3D shapes in paint. The children had a fabulous time.
