We have been so lucky to have new planters added to our EYFS area. The children worked extremely hard collecting soil and school compost and wheel barrowing it to the new planters. We then planted our strawberry plants. Luckily Mrs Wakefield remembered to cover the plants before half term as we could see some green strawberries forming. We came back to find ripen strawberries. We picked and washed them before eating them. They were delicious. Please look at the attachment for more photographs.
